A realtor gift provides Individual access while the sponsoring realtor keeps an active Edmund Home plan. It is prepaid on the realtor desk. It is not a trial, a coupon, or a realtor-owned account. The homeowner must sign in and accept the gift. If sponsorship ends, Edmund Home notifies the account holder and provides 90 days to choose a personal plan. If they do not subscribe, the household book can continue on the Free plan. The book is not automatically deleted for that reason. Never promise that a realtor will sponsor Edmund Home indefinitely.
Steps
- If you were invited, sign in with the invited mobile number and review the gift before anything is accepted.
- After acceptance, Individual access stays included while the sponsoring realtor’s plan is active. If that ends, you have 90 days to choose a personal plan, or continue on Free.
Does not
- Start a 30-day trial, or give the realtor ownership of the household book.
- Promise sponsorship forever, or say the account holder has only 90 days to download or rescue the book.
Escalate when
- A gift looks like a trial invoice, sponsorship ended without notice, or the 90-day window is unclear.
