Personal plans are Individual and Unlimited homes. Individual is $3.99 a month for one home book. Unlimited homes is $5.99 a month for more than one home book. A 30-day Individual trial is for personal signup. After a trial or a paid plan ends, the household book can continue on the Free plan. The book is not automatically deleted because a plan ended. A realtor gift is not a personal plan — see the realtor gift article. Do not expect a refund, a cancellation date, or a sponsorship change from this article. Open Billing, or ask Edmund Home Support to look up the account.
Steps
- Open Billing to see whether you are on a trial, Individual, Unlimited homes, a realtor gift, or Free.
- Choose a personal plan there, or continue on Free if a trial or paid plan ends.
Does not
- Promise a refund, a specific cancel date, or that a realtor can manage your personal billing portal.
- Delete the household book because you canceled or a trial ended.
Escalate when
- Billing status on screen does not match what the account holder expects, a charge looks wrong, or they need a refund or cancellation confirmed.
