Invite a trusted person from Settings when you want them to help with the household book. The invitation uses the mobile number they will use to sign in and assigns a household role. Review who is listed whenever access should change. A household invitation is different from a realtor gift and different from inviting a next owner. Do not invite someone merely to send them one file; use the appropriate reviewed sharing flow instead.
Steps
- Open More, then Settings, and choose Invite under Household members.
- Enter the trusted person’s mobile number, choose the correct role, and confirm the invitation.
Does not
- Create a public link or give a realtor access through the realtor desk.
- Replace the reviewed next-owner transfer used when a home is sold.
Escalate when
- The wrong person was invited, a former member still appears to have access, or a member sees the wrong household.
