No. The realtor desk does not open your household book or its photos, videos, serial numbers, documents, or stored codes. It supports only the limited relationship options you accept, such as two-way messages, allowed realtor updates, and a home value provided by your realtor. That home value was entered by your realtor. It is not an Edmund estimate, an AI estimate, or an appraisal. If you see household details in the desk, send Edmund Home Support a screenshot and the account phone number so we can review it.
Steps
- Review the relationship controls in Settings if a realtor is connected.
- If the desk appears to show your household book, contact Edmund Home Support with a screenshot and the account phone number.
Does not
- Let a realtor browse the household record, media lock files, or vault codes from the desk.
- Mean the accepted relationship has no information at all — name, gift status, messages, allowed updates, and a realtor-provided home value may still appear.
Escalate when
- Household photos, serials, documents, or other book details appear on the realtor desk.
