When you are ready, you invite a next owner to review a frozen closing book. Nothing copies until they accept. This records what you say conveys with the home. It is not a deed, title report, bill of sale, or closing instruction. Reviewed transfers exclude people, stored codes, insurance and claims, proof photos, and walk-through video. Only selected standard-lock receipt and warranty files copy.
Steps
- Open Print & share, review every item, then invite the next owner with the mobile number they will use to sign in.
- Wait for them to accept. You can cancel before they do. After they accept, they start from the frozen closing book — not your live household book.
Does not
- Sell the home, transfer title, or replace a closing attorney or escrow.
- Copy People, vault codes, insurance packets, proof photos, or walk-through video into the next book.
Escalate when
- An invite was sent to the wrong number, acceptance looks wrong, or a next owner can see people, codes, or locked media they should not.
