Steps
- Open Maintenance and choose Add a task. Give it a clear name, due date, and schedule.
- When the work is complete, mark it done. Add a repair record to the related home item when you also want service history or an invoice.
Does not
- Dispatch a contractor, guarantee reminders outside the app, or confirm that work was completed safely.
- Replace manufacturer instructions, inspections, or professional advice.
Escalate when
- A task will not save, a repeating due date advances incorrectly, or work appears under the wrong home.
